Schäper Sportgerätebau GmbH

Schäper Sportgerätebau GmbH

For more than 60 years the German based company Schäper Sportgerätebau GmbH produces high quality sports equipment. products from Schäper can be found in various sport facilities, stadia and arenas all over the world. They are in use for World as well as European and German championships.

Quality and safety are traditions

From Australia to Venezuela, sportsmen and women and customers know the value of products made by Schäper. This is due not only to the excellence of the products and very good price/performance ratio, but also to the special sales structure in the company. In many countries around the world Schäper has partner companies which market the sports equipment exclusively. The advantage of this is that you can profit from “Schäper service” wherever you are.

Our quality is traditional

There is a tradition of quality and safety at Schäper and this has existed not just since yesterday nor just in Germany, but for over forty years all around the world! This is shown particularly by the fact that a large number of Schäper ball game and track & field products have been in use for several decades and are still withstanding today the daily stresses and strains which sport puts upon them.

The track & field products are characterised not only by their very good price/performance ratio, but also are extremely simple and intuitive to operate. On the one hand it can be guaranteed that sportsmen and women can set up and use the sports equipment immediately. On the other hand it can also be avoided that the sports equipment is damaged due to incorrect use. One example of this “simplicity” can be seen with the Schäper pole vault uprights with their unrivalled ease of handling and functionality. It is also a similar story with all the products from the track & field range, whether we are talking about take-off boards, high jump uprights, hurdles, steeplechase hurdles or safety cages.

In the field of ball sports (football, handball, hockey, volleyball, etc.) and in particular with the various ball sport goals, Schäper emphasises the quality and durability of its products even more by offering a unique 7 year manufacturer’s guarantee. This guarantee from Schäper is given with a clear conscience – their goals demonstrate outstanding quality features. The inserted net fasteners along with the corresponding corner rods and a fully welded contraction are only some of the features which make a difference between Schäper goals and the others – because a goal is not just a goal and, as so often in life, the inner values play the most important part.

Schäper’s constant inventiveness

It doesn’t matter which developments in sports equipment construction are being mentioned: Schäper is a constant presence and has been the godfather of many product developments. With its inventive spirit and innovative competence, Schäper has already enriched the market with new products and patents on many occasions. Whether it’s special ground sockets for football and handball goals, fold-away goals or mobile safety cages for the hammer throw and discus: the company has set itself the target of always meeting every new challenge by coming up with a suitable product.

A responsibility to the customers and their wishes

The company’s philosophy is not only just to sell sports equipment to its customers but also to provide them with holistic and active support for their projects. With this in mind Schäper offers service features such as individual purchase advice, on the spot advice and supervision of events. If you only need equipment on a rental basis, that also presents no problems for Schäper. However concrete product ideas on the side of the customer too are in good hands at Schäper. The staff at the company can call in part upon more than 30 years of professional experience and this means that special constructions such as, for example, handicapped accessible sports equipment in all the areas of our product programme present a welcome challenge.

Just as in sporting competitions - the direct comparison makes the point

In the same way as in a sporting competition, it is a direct comparison that has really won over Schäper’s customers in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Irrespective of whether you are a manufacturer, sportsperson, in the market for sports equipment or on the field, a fair comparison is the best basis for a sound and profitable decision over the longer term. Put us to the test! Compare us with others and learn about our products.
