Since the firm started trading about 30 years ago the innovative system solutions developed by Polytan have been setting the standard for top-quality football and hockey pitches and intelligent track systems. This leading position is corroborated by many benchmark installations in international stadiums and multi-purpose arenas.

Polytan is the undisputed market leader in playing fields, for example, with its LigaTurf football pitch system having been awarded a FIFA 2-Star certificate. This is the highest classification in the FIFA quality rating system for football pitches. Football pitches holding the 2-Star certificate are approved for Champions League matches and international championship matches. The high quality standard is subject to annual review by FIFA.

The various track systems form an ideal basis which can then be tailored to the individual needs of sports complex operators and athletes. From high-performance surfaces (PUR, M) right through to simpler systems users have the benefit of a wide range of products and various system solutions. Repeated instances of top athletic performances on older Polytan tracks demonstrate that they also meet high quality requirements in the long term.
