HG Videowall GmbH

HG Videowall GmbH

Company establishment

The company exists since 1984 and manufactures exclusively VIDEOWALLs and its equipment since that time. HG Videowall was one of the first companies which produced VIDEOWALLs.

Improvement through rear projection VIDEOWALLs

Afterwards they manufactured high quality rear projection VIDEOWALLs and a controlling system with software which is most popular because of its compatibility to other systems. These products were sold over a worldwide dealer net. The high level of quality is proven in features like smallest gap between the Screens.

Into the future with LEDWALLs

Since 1993 HG Videowall worked on the development of LEDWALL next to the production of CRT and DLP rear projection systems. Since the end of 1999 there are LED types on the market which have the capable technology to be used in a display system. Since 2000 HG Videowall stopped the manufacturing of the DLP and CRT rearprojection system to be able to concentrate themselve completely on the manufacturing of the LEDWALL system. The result of the efforts over many years is the FineVision 40000 LEDWALL system.

The FineVision 40000 LEDWALL system was worldwide the first LEDWALL with a real Pixel Pitch of only 5mm !

The advantage of LED technology, compared to DLP and CRT technology, is next to the much longer life time of the LEDs (>50.000 h) and also the extreme brightness (800 - 6000 Nits and more). A display without gap and the unnecessary adjustment of color and convergence also makes this display technology very interesting.

HG Videowall is able to manufacture LEDWALL systems with bigger Pixel Pitch. They offer LEDWALL systems with 2,5mm upto 40mm Pixel Pitch for Indoor and Outdoor applications.
